SETTING TECHNICAL & SERVICE STANDARDS.

Premier Pacific, Premier Manufacturing and Valco Piping Products help set the technical standards for our industry.  We helped the Navy develop the standard drawing for 400 PSI Socket Weld Copper Nickel Fittings (NAVSEA Drawing 803-6397430A).  As members of the Manufacturers Standardization Society for the Valve and Fittings Industry, we sit on the committee that wrote and updates the standard specification for Wrought Belled End Fittings -  Standard MSS SP-119.  These fittings are made in copper nickel, stainless steel, titanium and aluminum.  We regularly contribute to the Navy's efforts to maintain the most complete standards for producing quality piping compo- nents.  Valco/Premier has provided a draft updating the standard drawing for CL200 Butt Weld Copper Nickel Fittings (BuShips 810-1385880)

In addition to contributing to the development of standards, our engineers have also developed proprietary products for our Navy customers.   Valco/Premier designed and qualified the 250 PSI Union End Bronze Y-Strainer for use in welded copper nickel piping systems.    Because of our focus on products for the Navy, we have developed a thorough knowledge of the military and industrial standards applicable to these products.    We stand ready to help you with your technical questions.
